Hair: Alburn red, long and flowing.
Routine Activities: Searching the data net and old libraries on Earth for ancient Gaelic song. Practicing her music.

Personality: Calm. Whether affected or natural Heather calms the setting in any room she enters. She has a knack of becoming the center of any gathering with seeming no effort on her part.
Ambitions and Goals: To recover the ancient Gaelic arts, and make them popular again.
Physical/mental Problems: She is well balanced of body and mind.
Enemies (And Why): None really.
Special Abilities: Heather is possessed of voice of startling clarity and warmth. She is also one of the rare human telepaths although she herself is unaware of the "gift". She unconsciously uses it in performance to underscore her vocal performance. Obviously her live concerts are much better than recordings.
Weaknesses/Disadvantages: Said telepathy. Should her barrier rupture without a competent telepath nearby death or worse, madness is the likely result.
History and Experiences Which have Affected Character Greatly: Heather had a normal childhood for New Iberia. She joined Starfleet as an enlisted technician after normal secondary school. During her first tour of duty she encountered Lt. Gweneth Ap Owen, and heard her sing. Entranced by a music she never heard at home she spent every spare moment researching, learning to sing and to play. A totally unmusical woman became like unto an Angel of song.
Heather cashed out after one term of service and delved full time into music. She took up the old forms of dress, and to support her obsession she started to perform. The dam broke. An untapped talent was loosed as a bird that first flies. There has been no looking back.
Heather has earned a small but ardent following for the old music she performs. Those that have seen her live are far more enamored of her, and the music than those that have simply heard her many recordings.
