I recently finish two more of the world map scans. The Link to the Worldmap page
As the page says: As I finish it. Place Holders mark maps not yet clean enough, and therefore small enough to upload. Updates are possible at any time None of the maps are in "finished" state What I do have now are placeholders that are thumbnails of the crude pencil maps so you can see the whole thing now. The raw scanned maps are HUGE. 15 to 20+ megabytes each. Hence they have not been uploaded. Patience, all will be done in good time. They take a while.
The most recent map was 3C, preceded by 4C.
The original maps are ancient paper and colored pencil. The paper is some cases is literally crumbling away on the corners. Getting these scanned was an imperative. Cleaning one up can be a two week slog. I cannot sit and do it for hours at a time.
In some areas the details are sparse. The game has not covered every part of the world. There are also two more continents not on this map. One of these days.

7-14-18 I added another finished. well as finished as they ever get, world maps. Map 2C is brought in from the raw. Work continues to get the whole set into the more finished state.

Re: Thindacarulle Worldmap
The game has been in motion since 1976. Long ago I did paper maps of the main game area and they got updates.
A few years back I noticed that those old maps were falling apart. The paper cheap and ancient was flaking away. I got the maps scanned.
Then came the long an laborious changing of the ugly pencil maps into something nice looking. Originally for printing in a nice book, in a more page friendly format. That idea was dropped when I realized how dynamic the map was. The printed page would never keep up. So they are destined to live on the computer. Changeable and accessible.
Here they are, 3 pixels to the mile. Enjoy.

I really enjoy how you have formatted the map page here. It is very cool
And or course I spent several minutes looking and drooling

I was stunned when the thing was finished. A definite "What now?" moment.
