Laura: "That will not happen here. The Innkeeper is very anti violence. The one time I saw someone try violence they vanished without ceremony. What happened to them I do not know. What every you see, or what ever action anyone takes, do not be involved in violence here. Not safe or wise."jayphailey wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2019 5:05 amIf you see someone screaming and grabbing their head, while they look sorta rubbery and changy, go for cover. Undine take a lot of shooting.
Just last week, it was a Tholian fleet. Always going on about deviant this and timeline that. The only good thing about the Tholians is that their machines are salvagable.
Laura: "I'm sorry you are involved in such violence. I really am having a difficult time getting a reading on you. You have too many signatures."
Laura: "They are called Ane. The lot that wandered out of here a while back. They like trade but are usually in the middle, not the ends. They do produce some good computer tech, and they have a thoroughly modern shipyard that does commercial work. They also ship real vegetables everywhere. Do you know what a Handicapped species is? They are one. Minimal to no "mine" bump. Stuff in general is nothing to them. Technology, if they can use it is something they might go for, but illicit? They have a shockingly open society. Very, very little is illegal. So trade on their worlds is a good idea. Friendly advice: Be up front, be honest. Telepaths, catch lies easily. To sell: robotic tech they have not seen, new foods they can eat, culture items they eat that up. Culture is you best stock in trade. They will look at weapons if it is something new. But not typically hand held, for obvious reasons. They field some scary frigates."The telepathic Antelopes? Well, I didn't see any in our previous timeline. In our new one they seem to be about. Ain't talked to any to know anything about 'em. No idea what drugs, porn or illicit technology they like. If it comes up, we'll see what I can find to trade."
