Arnold: "There's gotta be more to it than that. After all you could send robots and not risk your own necks. And why does someone volunteer to be the third crewman on the left when when the first guy in the new planet gets all the recognition?"
Tim: "Philosophers have written entire libraries trying to answer that question and still I think the best answer is because we dare."

Arnold: "You know what I miss? Home. I get to be a long term visitor sometimes, but never for good. Whatever's going on with me yanks me somewhere else eventually. You all have homes, but you agreed to go years and years away, and risk not coming back. I don't get it."
Tathilan: "I truly wish we could help you. But I have no idea where to start."

Zendalalan: **(Thinks about her mother for Aleilan to see.)**

Aleilan: "A pleasant looking person. We might get to meet her eventually."

OOC: AAAAAHHHHH! (Jay butt-pulls as fast as he can.)

Zendalalan's Mom had an assignation with a Half-Ane - So technically Zendalalan would be a quarter Ane. But she came out Half-Ane. Because reasons.
It's called the "Don't you believe it" rule So she only got a banjo ukulele.
Zendalalan was mentally raised by The All, while she and her mom struggled in the physical world.

It was AFter the All found them, that Zendalalan went off to apprentice as a Wizard and Mom moved to a more supportive environment.

No, I don't know the details. My hands are waving fast enough I might take off.
Hey, I'm not judging.

Arnold: "I saw a world. Looked like the old gangster movies. Round cars and tommy guns. Everyone was all excited. They found a route through the great Ice Wall and there were continents on the other side. They were working up ships to go explore it and everything.

From a circumstance that should have produced a quarter Ane. Hence the rule.

Don't You Believe It Rule: The Above rules are not certain. Without magical intervention anything is possible. With magical intervention the sky is the limit.

FYI: If anything a banjo ukulele is worse than a banjo. I can stand banjos, even like them. Ukuleles need to be use for kindling.

Tathilan: "There is a device, I have never seen one but they do exist called a D-hopper. It would give you a measure of control."

Zendalalan: **We have. Arnold doesn't remember them. Tesral takes a dim view of unlicensed ones. If you don't get the probability stabilization right, they just take you into trouble over and over and over. Or worse, they call trouble to you over and over. There's an office in the Wizards guild that examines and licenses them.**

Tim Kirk: (His name tag says "Kirk") "It is reminiscent of the capricious cruelty of the Greek gods."

Tahilan: "Big fluffy hexrupedal avian guy?"

Tim looks at her.

Tatilahn: "There was an incident recently, I read the papers."

Tim Kirk: "She reads all the papers."
