There is no formal response. Bowing, etc. is not expected. He would nod to the Judge and give him a knowing cat smile.

Arnold sighs, "You can generally tell who's going to win the war by who gets what they need quickest and in the largest amounts. I tend to try to avoid that sort of thing in general."
