Omoikane - the Zob problem Dec 27, 2024 (Dec 2312)
The Omoikane gets involved in with Zobs and others in the Oron Implosion Zone - a Post apocalyptic wild west area With the Shard on one side and the Zhodani on the other - Orions from Bot'chok and Klingons sniffing around. The area also borders on The Desert which lies between the Lefyt Region and the New Canada Region.

"H3 completes his basic Telepathic training" forms a sort of a boundary - I think the rest of the timeline can slide around to work backwards from that.
I don't think the Omoikane was laid up at Starbase 1604 for a whole year, but a while, while everyone got leaves and the ship was repair and restocked.
During the stop at 1604, the Omoikane crew helped at the Starbase, taught at their academy and ran around on the beaches and other vacation spots, as well as helping with problems in system.
