Sophie the cat

Post by jayphailey » Tue Mar 25, 2025 7:32 am

I should not have canceled the appointment.

Sophie's suffering badly.

I will call the vet tomorrow to set up an appointment when we can.

This means all my creativity has gone away for a while.

Nothing is working.

my heart is breaking (again)

I'll be around.

Time is an illusion that helps things make sense
So we are always living in the present tense
It seems unforgiving when a good thing ends
But you and I will always be back then
You and I will always be back then

Singing will happen, happening, happened
Will happen, happening, happened
And will happen again and again
'Cause you and I will always be back then
You and I will always be back then

Will happen, happening, happened
Will happen, happening, happened
And will happen again and again
'Cause you and I will always be back then

If there was some amazing force outside of time
To take us back to where we were
And hang each moment up like pictures on the wall
Inside a billion tiny frames so that we could see it all, all, all

It will look like, will happen, happening, happened
Will happen, happening, happened
And, there we are again and again
'Cause you and I will always be back then
You and I will always be back then

Will happen, happening, happened
And so, you and I will always be best friends

Sophie and the moments I spent with her are now etched indelibly into the fabric of the universe and the past.

I always wind up feeling like I didn't do enough.

....

Going to be rough sleeping tonight.

I'll be back in the swing of things, soon.

That's how it feels. We are with you and you did all you could.
