I am having a strong emotional reaction to this
There's one scene - a guy runs out of a house saying "Sorry, Dude. We tried." There's sparks in the air and they run past a burning tree.
They should have fled 1/2 an hour before that. They were lucky to escape that shit alive. The fire ALREADY WON THE BATTLE and was fixing to EAT THEM.
The way the wind is blowing parks in this. If I were physically there - my first thought would be "Most direct course away" and then "Nearest body of water"
