I have been known to put a sweater on. But I'm old and my circulation sucks.

LOL - Well, the pics are true. When I was stationed near Boston for over a year, I wore short-sleeve shirts when the temperature was down to 55 degrees. Now, I have to turn the heater on at 68 degrees. I have a portable indoor propane Heater (Mr. Buddy) I use. But, those small canisters last about 6 hours!

I hope your ventilation is good! I'd prefer electrical heaters inside.

My relationship to the cold is weird. Usually I'm inside the car where I have the heat cranked. So I can get out for about 10 minutes before the outside really grinds in.

The fact that I am fat helps with the inverse square rule.

But for us, colder weather is coming.

I'd love to use an electric heater, but the area I spend time in is limited by the number of electrical outlets. I had a small 500 watt desk heater burn through the wiring. Whew! The plastic plug melted.

Mr. Buddy heaters are pretty safe. They have a built-in low oxygen sensor and tip-over shutoff feature.
I use the smaller version - 3800 BTU, which is good for a small area.
