I am also hearing "Why are you bothering me about X when it's not worth talking about."

Be more targeted with your cynicism please. If you don't want me to bring things up, then we run out of things to discuss.
You are hearing things your brain is putting there. I am skeptical, Something might sound interesting, even cool, but I try not to fall in love with things in the sketchy hypothetical stages. Second, many science videos/articles are on the sensational side for clicks. Real science papers have the driving plot and character development of a phone book. I've read a few without falling asleep even.

I'm skeptical until scientific consensuses is reached, as cool as it might sound.

You're not responding to the thing I actually said

Do you want me to limit my input here to only proven theories? No speculation? No potentially interesting observations or response?

No I do not.

Asking for enthusiasm about anything right now is a big ask.

Sorry, I am wrestling with stuff, myself.

I am not asking for your enthusiasm.

Just, try not to slap ME for bringing stuff here.

The spinning universe thing is interesting. But how do you get a handle on it? You cannot prove it is spinning or that it is not. Any number you suggest is just that, a suggestion at best, pure speculation at worst.

The implications are also interesting, it would mean the universe if not having a center at minimum had an axis. I would want to see a test case that is at least falsifiable. Way outside my education grade.

I am spit balling here.

If the universe does have an axis of rotation - there might be a subtle frame dragging effect.

So we might see subtle difference in how Galaxys and so on rotate if they are on or near the axis.

But that is just a wild ass guess.

Ball of spit noted. I know no better. I think it comes down to "watch this space, and that space over there, and the one behind you...."

Eventually, someone will discover that the universe is actually the inside of a giant Banana.

And about 150 years after he dies in a sanitarium, the rest of us will concede that he has a point.
