Shoma - green orion woman
a former gladiator and organized crime enforcer, turned ship's captain

Tahn Mos - Golden Orion man, her mate
a former cop, turned Shoma's first mate

Losma Won - Golden Orion woman - Shoma and Tan's weird friend
a super genius and also insane

Lan Margo - older Golden Orion man, a charismatic friendly type
a "face" He is charismatic, friendly, and makes friends easily. That's his talent and skill set.




The groove here is that Losma Won is Sherlock Homes, but rule 63. She's a doctor, mad scientist. Her brain goes too fast. She fell into a friendship with Tahn Mos. He is her Watson, solid, dependable, loyal and almost smart enough to keep up, sometimes.

With the roles flipped Tahn Mos was the Detective and Losma Won is the Medical Doctor.

Tahn Mos is also a hord boiled type. So Borrowing from my favorite Hard boiled detective, He's Spenser, and Spencer needs Hawk.

Shoma is Hawk, but rule 63

They told me that Losma and Tahn are not sexual with each other. Almost as if they different species. But Shoma and Tahn Mos got together.

Lan Margo was their last client/project on their world before they fled. He is a former News Reader and Politician. He got hold of a story of corruption and was about to bust it open with the help of Tahn Mos, Shoma and Losma Won, but it was a trap. Things fell apart and they ran.

As we see these folks it is 2313, and they are at Crystal City in the El Nanth System training for the Ane Merchant Marine. Once trained properly, they'll ship out on a disodium freighter to do support for the Lillypad bases.

The rest of their crew (Not in the Inn)

Noram Zaid - Golden Orion woman. Daughter of former Nobles, She loves machines and is a natural engineer. To the point where she really doesn't like and can't be bothered with social stuff. The crew found her doing hand to mouth technical piece work to get by and snapped her up. Her dark history is that her family ditched her once she wasn't useful to them socially - they went on the run following a disaster that left them owing the wrong people lots of money. Zaid doesn't know and doesn't especially care where they are.

Zug Alloa - Golden Orion man - A scientist, and skeptic, he was once a member of the "Science Police" on Calas Prime - these guys were formed to use science, forensics and rationalist methods to solve crimes that local cops were not well equipped to pursue (Think Cyberpunk FBI) Alloa is deeply in love with Ammydt Ran. He has studied multiple different sciences, he is a genius

Ammydt Ran - Golden Orion Woman - slim with an Acetic face prominent nose. She and Losma Won are sometimes mistaken for sisters, which infuriates them. Ran is also a medical doctor, although her specialty was pathology and forensics. She is also a Genius. She is deeply in love with Zug Alloa. She was also an agent of the Science Police.

Ammydt Ran and Zug Alloa discovered something ugly and secret about the Orion Colonies and certain factions in the colonies and the sword worlds want them dead over it. Ran is prone to conspiracy theories and is ready to believe supernatural claims.

Alloa and Ran are Mulder and Scully from the X-Files run through Rule 63 and with some of their roles swapped.

Toxi Imsok is the lone human member of the crew. I know she has black curly hair that wants to go everywhere. She Is well trained, technically, and experienced spacer. She is trying to stay on the down low.

Toxi is a time refugee. She was a Starship crew person in the future. She actually likes this time better and is trying to stay low and avoid any notice that might make "Time Cops" notice her.

She was able to fill gaps for the rest of the crew and teach them the basics of spacemanship in a more organized way.

OOC - I haven't made up my mind yet, if she's from a future Starfleet, or someplace worse.

Alloa, Ran and Imsok have declined Ane treatment at this time.

Everyone else is under Ane counselling as part of their training for the Ane Merchant Marine.
