Shandis: "A persistent effect item based on dimensional anchor, that has a command word to deactivate for teleportation." He pulls out an abacus "Let's see, working on an equivalent constant cure disease item, with an improbable off switch." clickly, click, clickity. "I would estimate about 20,000 gold pieces or so. Just an estimate as ingredients will vary in ways I cannot calculate for."

Diter: "Sounds like a project. They shouldn't need Unicorn milk at least."

[jayphailey]

Zendelalan: **You thinking for Arnold?** She rolls her eyes **Won't work.**

[Innkeeper]

Zendelalan: **You thinking for Arnold?** She rolls her eyes **Won't work.**

Shandis: "I'm listening."

Zendelalan: **You thinking for Arnold?** She rolls her eyes **Won't work.**

Shandis: "I'm listening."

Zendelalan: **For him, these sorts of things don't exist. If you hand him a scroll with a dimensional anchor spell on it, it'll seem to be blank. He walks through dimensional barriers like they aren't there. In about 20 minutes he'll forget we had this conversation.**

Arnold looks horrified and a little sick "We've had this conversation before?"

Zendelalan: **Yes, Arnold. It's okay. We love you anyway.**

Arnold drains the rest of his drink.

[Innkeeper]

Shandis: "I'm listening."

Zendelalan: **For him, these sorts of things don't exist. If you hand him a scroll with a dimensional anchor spell on it, it'll seem to be blank. He walks through dimensional barriers like they aren't there. In about 20 minutes he'll forget we had this conversation.**

Arnold looks horrified and a little sick "We've had this conversation before?"

Zendelalan: **Yes, Arnold. It's okay. We love you anyway.**

Arnold drains the rest of his drink.

Diter: "Interesting 'talent'." Buy him another one. [detect curse]

Leaur: "So...What do you guys do?"

Not sure how that would read. It's not a deliberate curse. It's not a malevolent action. Arnold is permanently fuzzy dimensionally speaking.

If you take the enchanted dimensional anchor - Arnold is the opposite as a person. By his nature he's dimensionally slippery.

Arnold: "Thank you."

Leaur: "So...What do you guys do?"

Zendelalan: "Oh, a little of this, and a little of that. We're roving problem solvers. I am working on becoming the best dimensional wizard I can be. Erin protects us. And generally we're trying to find out what's going with Arnold and find him some sort of a fix. Sometimes we back up a priest of Tesral. Other times we fight evil warlords for fun and profit. You know. The usual."

[Innkeeper]

Diter casually puts his left hand on the table. He is a Knight of Eyrie.
