| MD&D 2.5 These are the chapters of the old edition: "MD&D 2.5". As this has been revised I have not cleaned them up. Yes, that hot cyan is looks good in print and the pages are not centered. That bit of formatting was required by the way my Amiga talked to the defuct Epson Stylus Color printer. That printer is no more, but I see little point in editing all the files. This is presented mainly as history.
