Notable Members: Most First Cher'cur, First Taggel: Both officers of the Star service are the founding members.
History of the Organization: The need for an unofficial organization of officers and leading House members that understand the real threat the Federation poses to the Empire jelled in the day room of Most First Cher'cur in the aftermath of the Battle of Nabol. The threat to the Empire is not invasion and conquest by the Federation Starfleet, but by her traders and merchants. The foe, is not those self same traders and merchants, but the edifice of the Empire itself. That must change or they will fall.
