Appearance(when on duty): On Duty Robert Wesley always dressed in proper Starfleet attire. He often appeared stooped.
Appearance(when on personal time, clothing style, etc): Wesley's taste in personal clothing was conservative 2240s and never changed from there.
Skills/Training/Professional Skills: Wesley was a security officer, then a security chief, then an officer, then an executive officer, then a Starship Captain, then Commodore, then an Admiral. He succeeded at all of these.
Personality: Wesley cultivated a laid back style that encouraged his crew to have ideas. But when he made a decision it was rock solid. Wesley had wry occasionally cutting sense of humor. In his old age Wesley became crotchety and curmudgeonly.
Ambitions and Goals: Wesley accomplished almost all his aims
Psychological Quirks and Problems: Wesley was always firmly in control of himself and his attitude (Except for rare instances) and convinced of his correctness. This served him well until the end of his career
Physical Problems: In later life cumulative injures limited Wesley's movement and abilities

Siblings/Relatives: Wesley had three siblings who lived and died normal life times. Wesley himself was married and had children. One of his Grandchildren serves in Starfleet until this day.

Enemies (And Why): Generic Starfleet enemies. Especially the Klingons. Wesley served in the four years was against the Klingons, and faced them off repeatedly for the rest of his career. The Klingons respected Wesley, but he never stopped resenting the Klingons for the violence they brought into his life.
Special Abilities: None out of the ordinary. Wesley became a competent combatant and could take most Klingons in one-on-one combat, mainly because he had to.
Weaknesses: Wesley disliked Klingons. He'd bend over backwards to behave correctly to the Klingons, but he wouldn't like it.

       2250 - 2254 - Wesley serves in the Four years war against the Klingons
       2255 - Wesley becomes Captain of the USS Venture
       2260 - Wesley becomes Captain. Of USS Lexington
       2266 - Wesley promoted to Commodore
       2268 - M5 incident
       2271 - USS Lexington begins upgrade
       2276 - M5 2.0 incident
       2283 - Wesley and the Lexington take part in the response to the Genesis Incident. He is on the Klingon Frontier preparing for another Klingon war
       2291 - Wesley openly opposes the Khitomer Accords. After the Kirk - Rura Penthe incident, and following the success of the Khitomer accords, Wesley is invited to resign. It is never proven that Wesley has any ties to the anti-peace conspiracy. Wesley denies all involvement and evidence seems to bear this out.
       2292 - later - Robert Wesley becomes a consultant for Starfleet, the Federation government, and the media. He is widely regarded as an acceptable substitute for James T Kirk for PR purposes.
       2310s - Wesley finds himself becoming a popular interview subject for the Klingon media, something he tolerates with as much grace as possible, given his resentments
       The Klingons respect Wesley for being a courageous and capable opponent. His resentment of the Klingons, combined with his insistence of being polite about it lends him great credibility among Klingons something he doesn't understand clearly and would resent if he did.
       2333 - Robert Eugene Wesley dies, and is buried with heroic honors.
