Personality: Koc makes an effort to be less grating than the average Ferengi. Grating make his employers twitch, and that is a bad thing. He tends to get his "Ferengi" out on Admiral Hailey, calling him "Hoo-mon" or "Starfleet". Hopefully Hailey doesn't take it too personally.

History and Experiences Which have Affected Character Greatly: Koc was a typical Ferengi merchant with a small ship and the usual prospects when he bought a tip on this new world Oz.
       Oz was, different. Koc rolled up his sleeves and investigated. Once he felt he had the Oz thing by the nodes he moved in, questions in hand. His reward for doing his homework was being offered a position as the planet's financial minister. By the receipts for his Mother's body, what an opportunity.
       The weird problems started up almost at once. Aneilogs are telepathic. Koc was informed that first, 1.5 percent was not enough to skim off the top. He was worth at least twice that. And kickbacks, keep it to the people that expect it please. The list went on and on. These people took ALL the fun out of making those piles, and piles of latinum. Well, almost all the fun, and they couldn't take away the joy of having those piles and piles of latinum.... Not to mention none of the females went dressed (neither are the males, but let that slide). What the Hell, stay a few years more.
       Koc has settled into the life of Oz. Is in serious negotiations for a proper marriage. Sooner or later he will need to meet her and the family. He lives the Ferengi lifestyle large and as long as he doesn't bother the neighbors he is left be.
