Routine Activities:  Research, teaching and making Holovids about his theories or to explain science in general.  He has done scripts outside his field and is popular for this because he is good at it.  While a pot stirrer in his own field he has carefully had scripts outside his field vetted by those in the field before doing them.
Skills/Training/Professional Skills: Sociologist in the field of paelo-exeo-history
Financial Status:  Well off.
Group Affiliations:  Andorian Department of Sciences.  Lor'shen University, FNN, Tilinbar Productions (Holovid company), many others.
Personality:  Flamboyant, extroverted and enthusiastic.  He is well know for being able to sway public opinion.  The Holovid sensor loves the man and he can easily relate to an audience through that medium.
Ambitions and Goals:  To be right, and have everyone admit it.
Physical/mental Problems:  Nothing that Federation medicine does not have well in hand.
Enemies (And Why):  Just about every well known and many not so well known sociologists and archealogists.  It's a good thing his winning ways can win them back over.  The fact that he has been mostly right doesn't hurt.  However more than enough people are waiting for him to be very wrong, and they will relish it.
Special Abilities:  Charisma; Inkantakos is good at getting people to see it his way.  Both friend and foe alike are glad he didn't enter politics.
Weaknesses/Disadvantages:  Hot headed.  Inkantakos is too easily bruised by the controversies that he readily stirs up.  He frequently finds himself challenging non-Andorian colleagues to duels, and then looking the fool for it.  He keeps swearing he will stop that, but, well till at least next time.
History and Experiences Which have Affected Character Greatly:  Inkantakos is known for his appeal to the masses peer review of public opinion after one of his controversial theories was proven by an old Free Trader that just happened across the right bit of evidence, and was enough of a dedicated amateur to know it.  Inkantakos is sometime degraded by his fellow scientists for claiming that; "Some of the best minds in science do not have degrees from great institutes, but are the dedicated amateurs that progress science without leaning on dusty tomes of mistaken knowledge.  Not knowing what was declared impossible, they confound the more learned heads by doing it again and again".  His highly public airing of this view does not win him many friends in institutes of learning, but he has a fanatic and loyal public following.  It is not a stretch to say he is the most popular "popular" scientist in the Federation today.
.Inkantakos' latest outrageous theory placed before the public (before the peer review paper) is that the Vegan Tyranny and the Great Orion Empire are one in the same.  Or rather the Vegan Tyranny was a remnant of that Empire as it fell, a spun off pretender to the glory of the Great Orions that was not based from Botchok.  His theory is of course disputed, and by no means proven.  It does have everyone talking, which pleases him to no end.
