Re: Hero forge

I just ordered Sharla and this version of Molly. I added a cat and bird.

Now, picture her in a frumpy house dress chasing the cat around trying to save the bird.

And as my wife pointed out that is a BIG cat. She is 6'6" and it comes to her knees?

Well if it does, I happen to know of several medications that can help. Though I would recommend trying to lower sodium and exercise and caffeine reduction first. Fewer side effects Sodium is not always the issue. You can have high blood pressure without a sodium problem. By Caffeine alone do I set...

Re: Food

I have had to do a lot of learning to cook in the past 20months or so. A lot of my recipes are grabs from pinterest, but I tend to tweak them for our tastes. Learning to cook is a good thing. Alton Brown's "Good Eats" is highly infinitive. He does not just show recipes, he teaches the science behin...

I realize its been a while since this was posted, but how is your blood pressure?
hypertension will also cause kidney damage, and many blood pressure meds also affect the kidneys.

Re: Nulle, Noseg and Teifa

Vulcans, you have Vulcans? They like to keep furniture between themselves and new Ane. Nulle: "I don't usually identify so strongly with the Vulcans." Laura: "I've never dealt with a Vulcan face to face. I understand they are highly private and a touch standoffish. I would not mind meeting a Vulcan...
